Lead mobile engineer — SwiftUI/Compose rewrite, biometric auth, and release automation.
Overview
Led the ground-up rewrite of a legacy banking app on both platforms. Replaced UIKit and Java view code with SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose, added Face ID and BiometricPrompt login backed by the Secure Enclave and Android Keystore, and rebuilt the transaction list with a virtualised layout that scrolls smoothly through years of history. Set up Fastlane release trains so store submissions became a one-click nightly.

Dropped cold-start time from 3.1s to 0.9s and lifted the App Store rating from 3.4 to 4.6.
